Our products are for adults aged 18 or over. By purchasing you confirm you are 18+ and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. What we sell
Digital educational products and services — including guided audio practices, workbooks, trackers, workshops, and coaching — for personal development. Product descriptions on our pages form part of these Terms.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in [US dollars] and may change at any time, though changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout by our third-party payment processor ([Stripe]); by paying, you also agree to that processor's terms. We are not responsible for errors or issues caused by the payment processor.
5. Delivery and access
Products are delivered digitally, normally immediately after purchase, by email and/or an online access page. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to keep your access details secure. You may not share your access with others.

On purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, download (except where expressly provided), share, resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any of our content.
7. Intellectual property
All content — audio, video, text, workbooks, trackers, designs, methods, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a licence to use it, not ownership of it. "Get Wired" and "The Get Wired Method" are our marks.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our products or site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, redistributing content, infringing our intellectual property, or using our materials in any unlawful way. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, without refund where the breach warrants it.
9. Refunds and cancellations
This section interacts with UK consumer-cancellation law — have it reviewed.Our products are digital and delivered immediately. At checkout you will be asked to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that, once delivery or streaming begins, you [lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013]. 13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Where a limitation is not permitted by your local law, it applies only to the extent permitted.
